I have the necessary experience, expertise, and skills to successfully execute the jobs and ensure delivery of services in terms of quality and timeliness. The information below provide summary of my experience against the high-level requirements of the 21st realities. Over the years, I have been working as Environmental and Social Safeguards Specialist/Consultant and carrying out Consultancy Services for more than fifteen (15) years and have the requisite experience in Environmental and Social Safeguards duties and Project Management with projects funded by the World Bank and other International Donors, such as the TreeCrops Extension Project supported by the International Foundation for Agriculture Development (IFAD), in Nimba and Lofa, the Rural Economic Transformation Project (RETRAP), the Smallholder Tree Crops Revitalization Support Project, at the Program Management Unit, Ministry of Agriculture (STCRSP-PMU-MOA), and the Infrastructure Implementation Unit, Ministry of Public Works, which demonstrate that I am suitable to conduct multiple professional services. I have also worked with various projects, supervising, preparing, and implementing several environmental and social safeguards instruments such as the preparation of Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF) for infrastructure projects, preparation of Environmental Audit for IIU/MPW, Environmental Audit for TCEP II IFAD supported project, Environmental Audit for SAPZ, AfDB Project, ESMF for the STAR-P, preparation of Safeguards Due Diligence for LFSP-MOA Cocoa Farmers in Grand Gedeh and River Gee Counties, Republic of Liberia. Preparation of ESMPs and EIAs for Solidaridad oil palm farmers in Lofa, Bong, Nimba, and Grand Bassa Counties, preparation of RAP for the Rehabilitation of Cotton Tree – Port of Buchanan Road (80KM), preparation of Resettlement Audit for Project Affected Persons (PAPs) from Cotton Tree – Bokay Town Road Project along the Buchanan Road Corridor, and also did ensure that Consultants/contractors Complied with the former World Bank safeguards policy OP 4.12 , OP 4.01, and current World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) on Environmental and Social Standards.
